Facilities Manager / Administrator
Full time, perm vacancy for a Facilities Manager / Administrator who will be responsible for the maintenance of agency properties (leased and owned) and agency vehicles (leased and owned). Will coordinate maintenance with agency staff and outside vendors in the most cost effective and time efficient manner.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field plus six years of relevant professional experience; or associate’s degree in a relevant field plus eight years of relevant professional experience or high school diploma plus ten years relevant professional experience. 30 relevant credit hours may be substituted for one year of experience. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word. Must be able to effectively communicate in written and spoken English. Must demonstrate the ability to independently solve problems and create efficient systems.
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing, frequent bending, stooping, reaching, etc.
