Tier 1 Helpdesk Analyst (VDI configuration)
Excellent opportunity to join a growing non-profit as a Tier 1 Helpdesk and Network Support Analyst. Candidates need to have Windows 7 and 10 experience. Also, basic experience with VDI, citrix, and setting up laptops and PC’s Any certification such as an A+ would be preferred.
To provide Helpdesk support and audio visual assistance for meetings and events as envisaged by the Society’s Strategic Plan and goals of the department
- Monitor, review, and dispatch Helpdesk system tickets and perform Level 1 duties such as workstation remote diagnosis, advanced troubleshooting, inquiry transfer to Level 2 network support staff, and desk-side support dispatch
- Administer desktop computer maintenance and support including operating system upgrades, memory increase, and hardware replacement, and provide remote and desk-side user support including hard- and software training and online search tools
- Provide audiovisual support for meetings, receptions, and events, including setup, operation, and dismantle of computers and equipment
- Participate in departmental projects and initiatives as assigned
