Desktop Support (software support and printer troubleshooting)
MUST BE AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY TO START! DURATION IS 3 MONTHS, HOWEVER MAY GET EXTENDED.
Excellent opportunity to join a global non-profit organization as a network support consultant. Seeking a junior to mid level network support person to assist in Tier 1 troubleshooting. Duties include: troubleshooting HP Laserjet printers, computer imaging, software troubleshooting, and MS Office suite support. Qualified candidates must have 1+ years of paid professional experience in an enterprise network experience. A+ certification or equivalent is not required but a major plus.
Candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to work on-site daily (Monday through Friday) normal business hours in downtown DC. This location is Metro accessible (one block from Dupont Circle).
Joining an existing 3 person support team to support 150 on-site users and 125 remote users.
