Join the team and help define, develop and deploy our

newest business strategy focused on advanced customer service and

support. You will collaborate with Sales, Service, Contract

Administration and third party suppliers, as required, to support our

clients and maximize productivity of their processes. You will support

existing customers by guiding them through new equipment integration,

while ensuring customer processes are implemented quickly and are as

efficient as possible

.Day in the Life

  • Ensures maximum productivity of machine users
  • Uses specific Morris processes to consult with and measure the performance and satisfaction of users
  • Documents the status and activities for installed machines using the Integration Management processes and tools
  • Identifies and documents needs of product and process improvements through active interviewing processes and reporting through SalesForce
  • Applies technical resources to determine resolution for customer needs
  • Recommends optimizing solutions through proposals; follows projects through the sales cycle and maintains accurate project reporting in SalesForce
  • Develops and delivers custom product demonstrations
  • Maintains an accurate customer database using SalesForce
  • Interfaces regularly with the Capital Sales partners regarding account knowledge
  • Presents quotations per customer inquiries
  • Maintains a broad knowledge of the machine tool industry as well as its applications and technical requirements; maintains in-depth technical knowledge of company core product lines
  • Ensures customer commitments are executed as planned and exhibits ownership of problems, including coordinating with appropriate departments when necessary for resolution of problems to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Requirements

    Required Qualifications

  • A two-year degree in engineering with three years ofapplicable experience or equivalent combination of education andexperience is preferred
  • Possess basic knowledge of industry specific machine tools and applications
  • Ability to analyze and eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
  • Proven experience and ability to effectively present products and information to customers in a one-on-one or group setting
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to interpret a variety of instructions provided in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • Regular regional travel up to 80% required; overnight travel up to 20% is required
