Existing client is looking for an experienced Contract Management Analyst to join their team. This is a 6 month contract to hire opportunity.


The Vendor Management and Governance Analyst provides MGS services to clients seeking to optimize the management and governance of their vendors and corresponding contracts. Key functions of this position include vendor contract management, vendor risk management, analysis and reporting, and vendor relationship management.

Overall Responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver analyses and reports to meet the needs of client

Maintain relevant data in the governance tool and/or library, as appropriate

Provide input and insight into opportunities for MGS process optimization and continuous improvement

Perform or assist with VMO contract management responsibilities like monitoring contract issues, writing and reviewing contract changes, tracking the status of contract deliverables

Perform or assist with VMO relationship management responsibilities like participating in vendor/service provider governance meetings, taking minutes of those meetings following up on action items from those meetings, and administering service provider customer satisfaction surveys

Perform Contract Administration duties to include but not limited to, annual contract reviews, compliance audits

Process Manager for all related Contract Management processes

Work with Procurement, Business Customers and Service Providers to execute contract changes and other contract related activities

Support development of Service Provider, client and MGS dashboards and reports

o Support MGS process status reporting

o Support executive summary reporting

o Risk and Issue reporting

o Reporting of internal service level performance

Conduct analysis, trends and benchmarking

Support process auditing

Participates in various managed contract operational and governance meetings

Coordinates with relevant business areas (e.g. Procurement, Legal, IT, etc.) for governance related matters

Support management and maintenance of the governance library

Enable existing VMO staff to be more strategic to the business

Enable existing client vendor governance staff to be more strategic to the business

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Technology

Minimum of two years of practical experience in vendor, procurement, contract, or information technology service management

Skills Requirements:

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal

Able to work independently in a fast paced environment

Exceptional interpersonal and client skills, with a demonstrated attention to detail and ability to gain the confidence and respect of the customer

Experienced in business process outsourcing (BPO) or IT outsourcing (ITO) operations a plus

Experience in developing financials, and service levels for sourcing relationships a plus

Project Management experience a plus
